- Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery of services including sample essays, marked assignments, etc., are conducted through email for online courses. Personal sessions are carried out on common Internet facilities such as Skype, Google Hangout and similar technologies. Acknowledgement of enrolment and payments are usually sent through email by our automatic payment system. For traditional classes, detailed classroom address and location will be emailed to students 24 hours prior to class starts.
- Returns & Replacements
- Purchased services and courses are normally non-returnable unless the institute is not able to complete service deliveries. In the rare events of incomplete service delivery, full or paritial refunds will be made where appropriate.
- Students can check the status of their orders anytime if they create an account for future reference. In other cases, make enquiries and we will reply promptly.
